The Material is made available on a confidential basis and will not be shared with any other person or entity.
No rights are granted in any intellectual property. POET will maintain ownership of the material and any rights (including in modifications, improvements, etc.).
The Material is to be used only for the activity specifically authorized by POET, namely evaluation for potential commercialization. Any attempt to alter, deconstruct, disassemble or reverse engineer the Material is prohibited.
The Material is provided on an "as-is" basis; POET disclaims any warranty of any kind as to the Material. POET assumes no risks arising from the use and handling of the Material.
